Fourth graders will further their understanding of numbers and build their computational skills. They will add and subtract multi-digit numbers and can find the product of a 4-digit number and a 1-digit number. Students will find the quotients and remainders for a 4-digit dividend and a 1-digit divisor.

The fourth-grade students will build upon their basic knowledge of fractions. They will compare proper and improper fractions, add and multiply fractions, and will convert mixed numbers to and from improper fractions.
